In compliance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 (Article 40 regarding Remote Contracting), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of service activation without providing any reason.
This right applies to our base Shared Hosting and Virtual Private Server (VPS) plans. If you are unsatisfied, you are entitled to a refund of the hosting fees paid, subject to the legal exceptions and deductions outlined below.
In accordance with Article 42 of the Consumer Protection Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following services once they have been provisioned:
If your account is suspended or terminated within the first 14 days due to a direct violation of our General Terms and Conditions or Fair Usage Policy (e.g., sending SPAM, hosting malware, or abusive resource usage), the right to a refund is forfeited, as this constitutes a breach of contract by the user.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a formal “Cancellation Request” along with a support ticket through your authenticated Hostaday Client Area.
Upon valid withdrawal, we will reimburse the received payments, subject to the following deductions:
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account. Upon initiating the withdrawal, your hosting service and all associated data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
